Here is a review by Claire Vo of Optimizely . Back in the days of dinosaurs (that is, before 2010), I used to conduct usability testing in person. The idea was to recruit people from a shady list, invite them to the office, and give them a taste of the Web. When things went well, we were able to record the session screen and audio, but basically we had to have a member take notes. It's also handwritten. It was the worst possible move for a start-up company, but it turned out to be the best. UserTesting has made this pointless work unnecessary. Testers located far away can now provide real feedback about your web experience. Now all you have to do is set up your website and the tasks you want your users to accomplish, and you'll get great, high-quality videos. And that too in less than a day. You can eliminate blind opinions and learn about what's working well and what's not on your website without bias. I have been able to get some great insights using this tool.
Supporting opinion: Session prices are low Quick response High quality video and audio recordings of sessions Available on desktop, mobile and tablets Easy schedule management opposite opinion: Feels expensive if scaled up If you do not have the pro version, you may be assigned Belgium Phone Number Data testers who are far away from your target audience. Qualitative feedback based on large amounts of data is required VWO VWO is a powerful, popular, and easy to use A/B testing tool. The What You See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) editor feature allows marketers to easily create tests without the help of a developer. VWO has a Bayesian -based function called SmartStats . This facilitates decision-making and prevents test failures. VWO is a very comprehensive tool. Features include heatmaps, clickmaps, personalization tools , and on-page surveys.
Here's a review from Alex Harris , CRO Director at Perficient Digital . VWO is a great platform for conversion testing. One of the best things about it is the excellent interface. Personally, I find the user experience to be very friendly and the visuals of the reports to be attractive. Easily analyze reports and charts compared to other tools. Another good thing is that it's easy to create new tests. It's a simple, step-by-step process that makes it easy to understand, especially for beginners. Previously, we encouraged developers to do other A/B tests. However, VWO has improved its code editor, which has fixed some of the buggy issues that were once a headache. The downside is about WYSIWYG, which any good optimizer thinks you shouldn't use. |
